As a pioneer in portable power, Mophie needed a fresh brand identity to reassert its relevance in a crowded market of sleek, smart-tech competitors. The goal: modernize the brand without losing the trust it had built over a decade of innovation. RIVAL LA led a strategic rebrand to elevate Mophie’s presence. We refined the brand architecture, reimagined the visual system, and developed a bold, contemporary tone of voice. Every touchpoint, from packaging to digital, was retooled to reflect Mophie’s reliability, performance, and design-forward ethos. We delivered a comprehensive identity refresh including a new custom tooled logo, 3D product videos and renders, a modular packaging design, and brand new design system. Messaging shifted to emphasize power, protection, and peace of mind, with punchy headlines and a confident, human tone.

Post-launch, Mophie saw a 22% lift in direct-to-consumer sales and a marked uptick in engagement across digital channels. Retail partners reported stronger shelf presence, and the brand reestablished itself as a category leader in premium mobile charging.
